Whether we’ve met before or not, allow me to introduce myself or reintroduce myself. My name is May, and I’m the founder of Ascend Holistic Healing. Thank you for visiting.

So, let me share a story that will paint a clear picture for you.
Over a decade ago, I sat at my desk in my basement as a small business owner. I worked while I watched my two girls play. At the time, I wasn’t anywhere near happy with my success; it always seemed out of reach. I contemplated how to improve my life, searching for a better way. That’s when it happened! I overheard my daughter say something along the lines of: “….. just like mommy”. In that moment, time stood still… It hit me like a ton of bricks. I was the one person they would always look up to as an example of what life is all about. I was the role model for their path, for their ambition, and for their success. I could NEVER expect from my children more than I myself was willing to become.
I needed to become the best possible role model for them—a successful, entrepreneurial mother.
In that moment, I made the clear and definite decision that I would become the best version of myself that I could possibly be. And I started looking for my path to my success.
I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and development, determined to find answers and unlock a more fulfilling life. I knew there had to be more to it, even if I didn’t know what that was. I had no mentor, no coach, or any substantial guidance. But, I had an unwavering faith that universe would show me the way, and with that, I started taking small steps.
Slowly, I began to understand the concepts that led me to where I am today, twelve years later. I wholeheartedly believe that I am the primary co-creator of my life. I hold the power to shape my experiences based on my desires. Life can be easy, graceful, and fun. That doesn’t mean there are no challenges; it just means they become easier to navigate. My journey has been guided by accumulated knowledge and perspectives, which have brought me to a point where I strongly believe that everyone should have access to this wisdom. No one should have to struggle. PERIOD! Thriving should be a choice available to everyone.
It took years!
But, here’s the difference between you and I. It doesn’t have to take you years! You could shift your life pretty quickly if you wanted to. You see, I had no one to show me the way or guide me through the process of transformation. I stumbled through it, finding insights bit by bit, assembling a mosaic of learning.
But for your TRANSFORMATION… I am here. I am here to provide guidance, to make your path easier. You can choose the effortless route. It doesn’t have to take you a decade or more. We can radically shorten the process and get you living a life by design sooner.

What do you do exactly?
I get this question a lot, so let’s demystify the mystery. I help people unpack the life situation they are currently living that is causing them pain or keeping them stuck. As we unpack and untangle their circumstances, we resolve the deep rooted subconscious programs that are keeping them stuck in a particular pattern.
Once these old paradigms are resolved, it lease room for my clients to create something new in their life. That’s when we start working on their epic life vision and the roadmap to get there.
What sets you apart from other coaches or healers?
My knowledge and understanding of how the subconscious mind works to create our reality allows me to quickly see patterns or limiting belief systems as my clients tell me the story of what has them stuck.
However, I believe what makes my work different from everyone else’s is my use of ThetaHealing® as an energy healing modality. It allows me to connect and stay connected with the Creator (or Source) for the better part of the session. This means that I am receiving messages from the highest truth from the Creator. I request that the creator make the changes necessary and witness the work being done.
What do you mean when you say "Creator" or "Creator of All That Is”?
The word “Creator” or “Creator of All That Is” is the term I use to represent the energy of Source. To me, it is the higher power from which everything came to be. The work I do isn’t associated with any religion. It is based in spirituality and the belief that there is a power much greater than us that encompasses All That Is. Whether you choose to call this power God, Allah, Universe, Source, Spirit or anything else, at it’s core, it is the energy of unconditional love and creation.
What is ThetaHealing®?
ThetaHealing® is an energy healing modality through which the practitioner is able to tap into Source energy by going into theta brainwaves. At Source, once the practitioner is “connected”, changes can be made. Realities can be dis-created and new realities created. Once a change or shift is witnessed at Source it must change everywhere in the All That Is, including our physical world. Thetahealing allows for rapid transformations and shifts in the realities of the client.
I'm a skeptic, will ThetaHealing® work for me?
When clients work with a ThetaHealing® practitioner, they are, in essence, “borrowing” the belief of the practitioner. As a client, it is important that you trust your practitioner. On a side note, you will be surprised to learn that it only takes 2-6% of belief to create a shift in reality.
What can I expect on a clarity call?
The intention behind the clarity call is to give you clarity and perspective on your particular situation. Through a series of questions, we shed light on the current situation and begin to formulate an ideal outcome that you can begin working towards. I will offer you insight, perspective, and suggest tools that I feel might help you on your journey.
If I feel that you could benefit from working with me further, I will extend the invitation for you to do so. I will explain what that would look like on the call if it’s something that interests you.
What is a download?
When I offer a download, I am offering to energetically install knowledge at all levels of beliefs in all aspects of the subconscious mind. This knowledge is channeled from the creator and is always the highest definition and perspective. A download cannot be done without your consent because you have free agency. You will always be presented with the download first for you to choose if your want it.
For instance, we (the Creator and I) can offer to download to you that: You know what the Creator’s highest definition and perspective of unconditional love is. That you understand how to love unconditionally and to receive unconditional love, you know what it feels like, that this is safe for you, you deserve it and already have it. Simply say yes to receive this download.
Once you say yes, the knowledge is energetically installed for you, through all time and offered to your ancestors if they accept. All in the highest and best way and with ease, grace and fun.
